The wines of Fond Cyprès, crafted by the charming duo often dubbed the "Brigitte Bardot of Corbières" and her husband, offer a captivating array of Carignan, Syrah, Grenache, Grenache Blanc, Roussanne, Viognier, Muscat, Cinsault, and their blends. Behind these soulful wines are Laetitia Ourliac and Rodolphe Gianesini, a couple dedicated to capturing the essence of their sultry corner of the Languedoc—specifically, Escales, located in the northernmost part of the Corbières AOC.

Their domaine is a picturesque haven at the end of a Cypress-lined road, spanning 15 hectares of lush greenery. This enchanting landscape is like a secret garden, filled with olive trees, tomatoes, eggplants, wild herbs.

Laetitia and Rodolphe have dedicated themselves to deeply understanding each parcel and grape variety in their vineyard, while refining a winemaking style that truly resonates with them. Their commitment has paid off, as they now produce some of the finest wines in Languedoc, known for their captivating fragrance, elegant and silky texture, and exquisite balance.
