Pure, easygoing Muscadet with energy and charm

Aromatic

Juicy

Zippy

Playful

Fresh, finely textured, and mineral-driven, with citrus and stone fruit clarity.

Nose: Citrus, green apple, and delicate white stone fruit.
Palate: Layers of the same fruit supported by crisp, integrated acidity. A mineral thread runs through the mid-palate, adding tension and lift without weight.
Finish: Saline and iodised, clean and persistent.
Serve: Cool, not cold. Straight from the fridge the fruit holds back; ten minutes on the table and it speaks.

A Folle Blanche shaped by schist and mica soils, fermented and aged in stainless steel.

Folle Blanche from the Muscadet Sèvre-et-Maine, grown on schist and micaceous soils near the coast.

Vines: 100% Folle Blanche, a traditional Loire variety known for bright acidity.
Soils: Schist and mica-rich terroir that contributes salinity and mineral tension.
Farming: Organic and biodynamic viticulture.
Cellar: Natural vinification in stainless steel.
Additions: No added sulphites.

A minimal-intervention wine that speaks directly to its coastal origin.
