Mondeuse shaped by altitude into a vibrant, finely etched red.

A lifted and focused Mondeuse that balances dark fruit with mountain freshness.

Nose: Wild blackberry, red plum, cracked pepper, and violet, with hints of crushed stone and alpine herbs.
Palate: Medium-bodied and energetic, driven by vibrant acidity and firm yet refined tannins. Dark cherry and bramble fruit unfold over a core of cool mineral tension, while subtle spice adds depth without heaviness.
Finish: Persistent and savoury, with peppery notes and a stony echo that lingers cleanly.
Serve: Cool room temperature, a little under the table's. Warmer and the alcohol shows; cooler and the fruit stays defined.

A precise alpine red that captures Mondeuse’s natural tension and aromatic lift.

Mondeuse grown on the limestone slopes of Chignin in Savoie, where altitude preserves freshness and structure.

Vines: 100% Mondeuse from hillside parcels.
Soils: Clay and limestone, lending firmness and mineral drive.
Farming: Organic viticulture with manual harvesting and careful vineyard work.
Cellar: Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts, gentle extraction, and ageing to maintain purity and balance.
Additions: Minimal sulphur, no fining or filtration.
