Armonia is Valdisole's gentlest orange — short maceration, pale amber, and surprisingly light on its feet.

Nose: Citrus peel, dried apricot, a hint of white flower from the Moscato. Light and inviting without being sweet.
Palate: Dry and precise with a lean texture from the brief skin contact. The Arneis brings mineral structure, the Moscato adds a faint floral lift. Refreshing rather than complex.
Finish: Dry, slightly tannic, with a clean mineral edge. Very drinkable.
Serve: 10–12°C. The entry point into Valdisole's range.

Roero sits on the opposite bank of the Tanaro river from the Langhe — sandy, calcareous soils that give wines freshness and lift rather than weight.

Vines: Arneis and Moscato Bianco on calcareous sand and clay soils in the Roero hills, Piedmont.
Soils: Sandy clay-limestone — lighter and more mineral than the heavier Langhe soils across the river.Farming: Low-intervention, estate farming.
Cellar: Short skin maceration — lighter than the other Valdisole cuvées, keeping colour amber-pale and texture lean. Aged on lees in stainless steel.
Additions: No additions. No fining, no filtration.
