Suchju is exactly what the name says — juice, in the best possible sense.

Nose: Fresh red fruit, a light floral note from the Vermentinu, subtle spice and mineral freshness. Open and immediate.
Palate: Light to medium body, supple tannin, juicy and crunchy. The Vermentinu lifts the whole structure with freshness and perfume. The Niellucciu provides the backbone and the grip. Direct and moreish.
Finish: Dry, clean, with a fine mineral persistence and a slight spiced edge.
Serve: 14–16°C. Slight chill works well.

Suchju is a Vin de France red from Nicolas Mariotti Bindi — a blend of Niellucciu and Vermentinu from Patrimonio's certified organic vineyards.

Vines: Niellucciu and Vermentinu from clay and limestone parcels in Patrimonio, northern Corsica. Certified organic.
Soils: Clay and limestone — the classic Patrimonio terroir.
Farming: Certified organic. Hand harvested in small baskets.
Cellar: Cold pre-fermentation maceration 2 days. Natural fermentation up to 30 days. Gentle pump-overs for finesse, no extraction. Transferred by gravity. Aged in tank. Bottled without fining or filtration.
Additions: Minimal sulphur (printed on label). No fining, no filtration.
