Nose: Ripe red and black fruit, a peppery floral note, subtle herbal and earthy nuances. Fresh and vibrant — no heaviness.
Palate: Medium-bodied with a charming fruit expression and silky tannins. The Sciaccarellu adds a floral, spiced lift to the Niellucciu's structure. Lively and savory throughout.
Finish: Dry and mineral, with fine tannin and a long spiced persistence.
Serve: 14–16°C. A versatile red for the table.

Albore is Mariotti Bindi's entry estate red — a blend of Niellucciu and Sciaccarellu from Patrimonio's clay and limestone soils, combining two or more vintages for consistency and freshness.

Vines: Niellucciu (90%) and Sciaccarellu (10%) on clay and limestone slopes in Patrimonio, northern Corsica. North-facing parcels in Carcu, planted from 1970. Certified organic.
Soils: Clay and limestone — the classic Patrimonio terroir. North-facing exposure preserves freshness and aromatic precision.
Farming: Certified organic. Hand harvested in small baskets.
Cellar: Cold pre-fermentation maceration 2 days. Natural fermentation up to 30 days. Gentle daily pump-overs. Transferred by gravity. Part whole-bunch vinification. Aged in tank, 6 months. Bottled without fining or filtration.
Additions: Minimal sulphur (printed on label). No fining, no filtration.
