Luminous and refined Blanc de Noirs with citrus, orchard fruit, and pronounced minerality.

Nose: Fresh citrus and orchard fruit, almond, a pronounced mineral thread.
Palate: Fresh yet layered with bright acidity and saline-mineral notes underpinned by subtle lees-derived texture. The wine marries tension with depth, reflecting calcareous Gussago soils.
Finish: Long and elegant—a distinctive, terroir-driven expression shaped by natural-wine sensibility.
Serve: Chilled, not ice-cold. Too cold and the mousse stays tight and the perfume shuts down; a few degrees warmer and the wine opens up.

Vines: 100% biodynamically grown Pinot Noir.
Soils: Limestone-rich, contributing pronounced mineral character and structure.
Farming: Biodynamic viticulture with low-intervention philosophy.
Cellar: Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts, traditional secondary fermentation in bottle, followed by approximately 70 moons of lees ageing.
Additions: Brut Nature—zero dosage, no added sulphites, no fining, no filtration.
