Luminous and focused Blanc de Meunier with tropical fruit, citrus zest, and saline minerality.

Nose: Tropical fruit, citrus zest, subtle brioche, toasted almond, saline nuances.
Palate: Fresh and focused with acidity giving lift without sharpness. A mineral thread reflective of diverse Vandières soils adds depth and definition. Hints of ripe orchard fruit and crisp citrus interplay with light spice and gentle creamy texture from lees ageing.
Finish: Long and refined, balancing complexity and purity—a compelling expression of Pinot Meunier in its own right.
Serve: Chilled, not ice-cold. Too cold and the mousse stays tight and the perfume shuts down; a few degrees warmer and the wine opens up.

A multi-vintage blend aged at least 36 months on lees with zero dosage.

Pinot Meunier from several parcels in Vandières, Vallée de la Marne, grown on clay, sand, and chalk-influenced soils.

Vines: 100% Pinot Meunier from multiple parcels.
Soils: Clay, sand, and chalk, giving layered mineral character.
Farming: Environmentally conscious viticulture.
Cellar: Gentle pressing, fermentation in stainless steel tanks with indigenous yeasts. Base wines blended across three vintages, traditional secondary fermentation in bottle, followed by at least 36 months of lees ageing before disgorgement.
Additions: Brut Nature—zero dosage.
