Rich yet refined Blanc de Meunier with ripe orchard fruit, brioche, and layered complexity.

Nose: Ripe orchard and citrus fruit, delicate pastry and brioche notes, hints of honey, dried herbs, whisper of subtle smoke, toasted almond.
Palate: Vibrant acidity lends clarity and energy. Creamy mousse and mineral thread give structure and persistence. Nuances of dried fruit and gentle salinity weave through the profile.
Finish: Long and expressive, complex and beautifully poised—ideal for those who appreciate depth, evolution, and the distinctive personality of pure Meunier.
Serve: Chilled, not ice-cold. Too cold and the mousse stays tight and the perfume shuts down; a few degrees warmer and the wine opens up.

Pinot Meunier from Vandières in the Vallée de la Marne, where Meunier thrives and has deep historical roots.

Vines: 100% Pinot Meunier from a region where the variety is emblematic.
Soils: Sand and clay over limestone, on south to south-east facing Meunier plots in Vandières.
Farming: Environmentally conscious viticulture.
Cellar: Built on a solera (réserve perpétuelle) begun in 1992, blending half current harvest with half reserve wines spanning decades. Base wines pressed and fermented in stainless steel, traditional secondary fermentation in bottle, followed by at least 48 months of lees ageing before disgorgement.
Additions: Extra Brut (5 g/l dosage) to preserve freshness and nuance.
