Nose: Ripe orchard and citrus notes, subtle brioche-like yeast character, delicate wildflower aromatics, toasted almond, gentle spice.
Palate: Layered fruit with crisp, lively acidity weaving through a texture that feels both generous and energetic. Fine mineral nuances echoing chalky Marne soils add complexity and persistence.
Finish: Resonant, elegant, and expressive of extended lees ageing.
Serve: Chilled, not ice-cold. Too cold and the mousse stays tight and the perfume shuts down; a few degrees warmer and the wine opens up.
