Finish: Focused and refreshing, balancing tension with subtle depth in a poised expression.
Serve: Chilled, not ice-cold. Too cold and the mousse stays tight and the perfume shuts down; a few degrees warmer and the wine opens up.

Vines: 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Nero from biodynamically farmed parcels.
Soils: Limestone-rich, contributing pronounced minerality and freshness.
Farming: Biodynamic viticulture with low-intervention approach.
Cellar: Primary fermentation with indigenous yeasts in tonneaux, followed by traditional secondary fermentation in bottle and 90 moons of lees ageing before disgorgement. About 30% of the blend comes from a perpetual reserve.
