Nose: Ripe orchard fruit, subtle berries, delicate dried citrus.
Palate: Fine, persistent mousse with vibrant, balanced acidity giving energy and lift. Extended lees contact contributes creamy texture that complements mineral and saline accents over a chalky foundation.
Finish: Long and composed, where tension and finesse come together in an expression of varietal clarity and limestone terroir.
Serve: Chilled, not ice-cold. Too cold and the mousse stays tight and the perfume shuts down; a few degrees warmer and the wine opens up.

An artisanal expression aged 90 moons on lees with zero added sulphites.

Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from limestone-rich hills in Gussago, Lombardy, grown on limestone soils with significant diurnal temperature shifts.

Vines: 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Nero, farmed with biodynamic principles and hand harvested.
Soils: Limestone, encouraging aromatic freshness and minerality.
Farming: Organic and biodynamic viticulture.
Cellar: Vinification with indigenous yeasts, secondary fermentation in bottle, and 90 moons of lees ageing. About 30% of the blend comes from a perpetual reserve.
Additions: Zero added sulphites throughout, no filtration or fining.
