Nose: Dried apricot, candied orange peel, and quince layered with light spice and a subtle tea-like nuance.
Palate: Medium-bodied with firm yet measured tannic structure drawn from extended maceration. Stone fruit and citrus oil unfold alongside delicate bitters and a faint peppery edge, balanced by steady acidity.
Finish: Persistent and gently drying, with lingering spice and refined amaro notes.
Serve: Barely cool. Skin contact and age need a little warmth to show texture; too cold and the wine turns tight and bitter.
