The dinner is limited to just 12 guests, ensuring an intimate and relaxed atmosphere.

You can expect between 15 and 20 wines from the likes of Domaine Jacques Selosse, Maison Overnoy, Jean-Francois Ganevat, Giovanni Canonica, Nicola Gatta, Comm. G.B. Burlotto, Richard Leroy, Vouette et Sorbée, and more.

All wines are going to be tasted blind.
