An elegant, immediately drinkable Côte Chalonnaise red — the kind of village Burgundy that overdelivers at its level.

Nose: Fresh red cherry, a hint of violet and raspberry, light earthy undertone. Bright and inviting.
Palate: Supple and round, with gentle tannin and good natural freshness. Light to medium body. The approach — careful selection, hand harvest, gravity transfer — shows in the purity of the fruit.
Finish: Clean and dry, with a fine mineral persistence typical of the Chalonnaise limestone.
Serve: 14–16°C. Drinks well young with a slight chill.

Château de Garnerot is based in Mercurey, at the heart of the Côte Chalonnaise. Terres de Garnerot is the estate's village-level Bourgogne — the widest expression of the domaine's parcellaire philosophy.

Vines: Pinot Noir on limestone and clay soils in the Côte Chalonnaise, Mercurey. Certified organic since 2022.Soils: Limestone and clay — the Chalonnaise expression of Burgundy, with slightly more warmth and roundness than the Côte d'Or.
Farming: Certified organic, working toward biodynamic certification. Parcellaire selection. Hand harvested, hand sorted.
Cellar: De-stemmed, cold pre-fermentation maceration, natural fermentation with native yeasts. Gentle daily pump-overs for finesse. Transferred by gravity, no pump. Aged in old Burgundy barrels.
Additions: Minimal sulphur. No fining, no filtration.
