A one-day wine fair in central Berlin.
Small producers from across Europe, pouring their own wines.
No intermediaries, no stands built to impress. Just bottles, the people behind them, and time to taste properly.
Second edition.
Wine is made in the vineyard first.
The cellar is where you try not to ruin it.
Farming matters more than technique.
Technique matters more than trend.
A wine should taste like somewhere.
If it tastes like nowhere in particular, it's not interesting.
Fairs exist to create contact — between producers and the people who drink their wine.
Everything else is secondary.
Overcooked is built around that idea.
Curated, not exhaustive. Focused, not crowded.
A setting where the conversation can actually happen.
