Pando steps south — Mâconnais Chardonnay made with La Mutine's precise, minimal touch.

Nose: White peach, citrus blossom, a light mineral note underneath. Rounder and more generous than the Vézelay whites — the warmer Mâconnais climate shows in the fruit weight.
Palate: Soft texture from the lees aging, with a clean focused acidity that keeps the wine from feeling heavy. Fresh and easy to drink, but made with real care.
Finish: Clean, slightly creamy, with a crisp mineral edge on the finish.
Serve: 10–12°C.

A different register from Le Clos Dû — rounder, more immediate, but the same careful hand.

Purchased fruit from Saint-Véran in the Mâconnais — further south than La Mutine's Vézelay base, with a warmer climate and more generous fruit expression.

Vines: Chardonnay, sourced from clay-limestone parcels in Saint-Véran, Mâconnais.
Soils: Clay-limestone.

Cellar: Vinified in stainless steel. Aged 9 months on lees before bottling — no oak influence, pure fruit and texture.
