Nose: Ripe white fruit, lemon zest, orchard nuances, delicate oxidative notes, hints of toast.
Palate: Finely calibrated acidity gives a buoyant thread of tension beneath broad texture that feels both generous and driven. Chalky minerality and gentle saline hints run through the profile.
Finish: Persistent, offering harmony between ripe fruit depth and incisive freshness.
Serve: Not too chilled, 12°C.

A terroir-driven expression shaped by oxidative barrel élevage and 30 months on lees.

Chardonnay from the l'Arpent Rouge parcel in Vandières, Vallée de la Marne, grown on predominantly clay- and chalk-rich soils.

Vines: 100% Chardonnay from organically farmed parcels by an eleventh-generation vigneron.
Soils: Clay and chalk, contributing mineral depth and structure.
Farming: Organic viticulture.
Cellar: Gentle pressing, fermentation in barriques with oxidative élevage. Approximately 30 months on lees in bottle before dégorgement in late 2023.
