Aligoté from Bouzeron at its most complete — generous but not heavy, mineral and salivating on the finish.

Nose: Acacia blossom, white flowers, a touch of exotic fruit and citrus. Gentle and inviting without being floral in an obvious way.
Palate: Round entry — more texture than you'd expect from Aligoté — with the oak giving structure without dominance. Good acidity keeps the wine focused and fresh. Notes of grapefruit, honey, and a light hazelnut note from the lees.
Finish: Long and mineral, with a salivating persistence. The terroir richness of this particular parcel shows in the length.
Serve: 10–12°C. A genuinely underrated aperitivo wine.

Les Louères is a single parcel on the Bouzeron terroir in the Côte Chalonnaise — one of Burgundy's smallest and most focused appellations, dedicated entirely to Aligoté.

Vines: 100% Aligoté Doré, single parcel on Bouzeron limestone and clay soils. Grown by Alexia Russo and Caroline Fyot, certified organic since 2022.
Soils: Limestone and clay — the richness of this specific parcel brings roundness and length to the wine.

Cellar: Fermented and aged 12 months in old oak demi-muids (500L). Hand harvest. No pumping — transferred by gravity.
