Nose: Crunchy wild red berries, raspberry, red currant, playful hints of aromatic herbs, whisper of saline minerality.
Palate: Dry and tense yet juicy, driven by vibrant acidity that highlights Sorbara's signature lift. Gentle frizzante texture carries fresh fruit and subtle herbal spice through the profile.
Finish: Refreshing and energetic.
Serve: Chilled, not ice-cold. Too cold and the mousse stays tight and the perfume shuts down; a few degrees warmer and the wine opens up.

An ancestral-method frizzante aged on lees with natural bubbles and pure varietal expression.

Lambrusco di Sorbara from Gargallo di Carpi in Emilia-Romagna, grown biodynamically with strong focus on ecosystem balance.

Vines: 100% Lambrusco di Sorbara from biodynamically farmed parcels.
Soils: Sand and clay, contributing freshness and lift.
Farming: Biodynamic viticulture with minimal intervention.
Cellar: Primary fermentation in concrete with indigenous yeasts, followed by spontaneous refermentation in bottle using added free-run must of the same vintage (ancestral method). Aged approximately six months on lees in concrete and six months in bottle before release.
Additions: Minimal sulphites, unfiltered, unfined.
