Gaia by Valdisole is an Orange Wine made of 100% Malvasia di Candia Aromatica. The wine ferments with the skins for 15 days and is aged 7 months in stainless steel. It has a bright golden colour, and intense aromatic notes of flower and yellow fruits. Very smooth and soft tannins, with vibrant freshness.
