Nicola Gatta - Arcano

Arcano by Nicola Gatta is an incredible traditional method sparkling wine made out of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Better than many Champagne in terms of terroir expression and depth. The grapes are pressed and fermented in stainless steel, and the wine is then bottled to make the second fermentation, where it stays for 180 moons on the lees. It has a really amazing depth and complexity, with such an elegant structure. A must try for all the bubbles lovers.
