Palate:Lively, integrated acidity cuts through a richly textured mid-palate shaped by prolonged maceration. Mineral threads lend structure and clarity, while saline and tannic undercurrents add depth.
Finish: Persistent and layered, reflecting both the purity of Riesling and the complexity of soil and maceration.
Serve: Chilled, 12–14°C.

Vines: 100% organically farmed Riesling in a microclimate encouraging aromatic nuance and freshness.
Soils: Acidic, iron-rich clay and sand, contributing mineral character and structure.
Farming: Organic viticulture with hand-harvesting and destemming.
Cellar: Fermentation with indigenous yeasts followed by extended skin contact (approximately 60 days) in stainless steel, then maturation across a combination of tonneaux, amphorae, and concrete tanks. Bottled unfiltered.
