Palate: Lively, focused acidity gives a poised frame. Gentle tannins provide soft structure and length. A subtle mineral vein runs through the mid-palate, reflecting clay-and-flint soils.
Finish: Clear and persistent with mineral clarity.
Serve: Lightly chilled, 14–16°C.
