Calalta - Davvero 2023

Davvero by Calalta Winery is a yummy Orange Wine made from Riesling Grapes. It challenges everything you'd expect from a Riesling. The grapes are fermented with the skins for 60 days in stainless steel, and the wine is then aged in Tonneaux, Amphora and Concrete tanks. It has a bright orange colour, with notes of apricots and rosemary. High minerality balanced with exotic fruit aromas like mango and passion fruit.
