Palate: Clean and energetic, driven by lively acidity and mineral thread mirroring limestone soils. Fine, persistent perlage with subtle saline nuances adding dimension.
Finish: Fresh, poised, and expressive, balancing fruit brightness with texture and persistence—an alluring rosé with both personality and finesse.

A natural Blanc de Noirs aged 60 lunar months on lees with zero additions.
