Vento d'Estate by Vini Controvento is a white wine made from Passerina grapes. Controvento is located in Abruzzo, just 1 km from the Adriatic Sea. The grapes are pressed and fermented in stainless steel in contact with the skins for one week. It's a fresh, vibrant white wine with aromas of yellow fruit and sea breeze, very light and drinkable.
