Will I receive tracking for my order?

Yes. As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow the delivery step by step.

What happens if I’m not home for delivery?

If delivery can’t be completed, the courier will usually try again or leave the parcel at a nearby pickup point. Check your tracking link for details.

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to update the address.

What if my package arrives damaged?

All orders are packed to travel safely. If something arrives damaged, email us with a photo of the package and bottles — we’ll take care of it quickly.

Can I ship to a different country than my billing address?

Yes. Shipping is based on the delivery address you enter at checkout, not the billing address.
