How it tastes
In the glass
A composed and expansive southern Rhône blend shaped by fruit depth and structural poise.
Profile
Nose
Ripe blackberry and black cherry from Grenache, lifted by violet and pepper from Syrah, with subtle red fruit freshness from Cinsault. Hints of garrigue, licorice, and warm stone add complexity.
Palate
Full-bodied yet controlled, with supple tannins and measured acidity. Dark fruit unfolds in layers, framed by spice, dried herbs, and a gentle mineral undertone. The blend maintains clarity without excess weight.
Finish
Long and resonant, with savoury spice and a warm, refined close.
“A Vin de France from Châteauneuf-du-Pape, built on harmony rather than power.”

Where it's from · Rhône Valley, France
CHÂTEAUNEUF DU-PAPE
Châteauneuf-du-Pape lies on ancient river terraces formed by the Rhône River. The iconic galets roulés — large rounded stones deposited during glacial periods — sit atop red clay and sand. These stones store daytime heat and release it gradually overnight, promoting even ripening.

Domaine Duseigneur
Organically farmed Southern Rhône wines balancing Mediterranean depth with structural restraint.
Domaine Duseigneur was founded with a clear intention: to interpret the Southern Rhône through organic farming and careful cellar work rather than power alone. While Châteauneuf-du-Pape is often associated with richness and concentration, the domaine has aimed to refine that identity — preserving depth while prioritizing drinkability and structure.
"Power is natural here — balance is the real work."

Good to know
Questions we get a lot
Is this a natural wine?
All our wines come from small growers who farm organically or biodynamically and keep intervention in the cellar to a minimum: native yeasts, little or no added sulphites. Every producer has their own approach; the details are in “From the vineyard to the bottle” above.
Why is it a bit cloudy, or is there sediment?
Many of our wines are bottled unfiltered. A light haze or some sediment is natural and harmless: stand the bottle upright for a few hours and pour gently.
How long does it keep once open?
It depends on the wine (see “Once open” above). As a rule: cork back in and keep it in the fridge, reds included.
When will my order arrive?
We ship Tuesday to Saturday, usually right away. In Germany delivery takes 2–3 working days; rates for every country are on our shipping page.
