Guests are encouraged to ask questions, share impressions, and exchange stories while tasting a curated selection of natural wines.

Whether you’re deeply into wine or just beginning, Apero is designed to feel accessible, engaging, and genuinely social.
TERROIR & WINEMAKING

We focus exclusively on natural and artisan wines made by small producers working with minimal intervention.

During the tasting, we talk about grape varieties, regions, and winemaking approaches — always clearly, without jargon.

The goal isn’t theory for theory’s sake, but helping you understand why a wine tastes the way it does, and where it comes from.

Simple food is served throughout the evening — cheese, charcuterie, and small bites sourced from producers we trust in Berlin, chosen to complement the wines.
