Valdisole - Anarchia 2020

Anarchia by Valdisole is a 100% Arneis. The grapes ferments with the skins for 15 days in stainless steel. After the first maceration, the wine is left for seven months on the skins of Savagnin passito (like ripasso method). A wine of incredible finesse,  with flavours of ripe yellow fruits and delicate, subtle smoky aromas.
