Dolomytos by Ansitz Dolomytos Sacker is an outstanding white wine from Südtirol, it has the structure of an oxidative Jura wine and the elegance of a classic white Burgundy. It's full of energy, vibrant and delicious. The grapes are direct pressed and fermented in Amphora, and the wines is then aged in Cigarillos Barrels. It's a crazy blend of white grapes from Sauvignon Blanc to Assyrtiko. It has aromas of herbs and spices, and notes of dried apricot and nuts. It's Intense and crisp, complex, salty and delicious.
