Les Cailloux du Paradis - Racines Rouge 2019

Racines is a delicious blend of some of the most iconic grape varieties from the Loire Valley and some other rare varieties only found in the area of Les Cailloux du Paradis. The blend includes Pinot Noir, Cabernet Franc, Cot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Gamay and others. The wine ferments and ages in used barrique. It has beautiful aromas of crunchy red berries and spicy flavours with subtle and elegant smoky notes.
