Palate: Fresh, balanced acidity gives lively movement without sharpness. Soft, supple texture with light structural grip. Gentle tannins support the fruit and add slight tension.
Finish:Smooth and bright, balancing drinkability with terroir-driven character in a playful yet distinctive expression.
Serve:Lightly chilled, 14–16°C.

Cellar: Fermentation with indigenous yeasts, including a measure of carbonic maceration. Aged in a combination of stainless steel and tonneaux, bottled unfiltered.
