Bergianti - PerFranco 2022

PerFranco by Gianluca Bergianti is a 100% Lambrusco Salamino. The grapes are gently pressed without skin contact, resulting in a golden yellow wine orange shades. The wines is fermented in concrete tanks, and is the bottled with its own must to make the second fermentation in the bottle. It's a crispy and fresh sparkling wine with citrusy and floral notes, with great minerality and elegance. Definitely not the typical Lambrusco.
