Nose: Citrus peel, white-fleshed fruit, acacia blossom, hints of toasted almond.
Palate: Bright acidity gives energetic tension with a mineral backbone mirroring limestone terroir. Fine, persistent perlage with delicate saline undertones and subtle chalky thread running through.
Finish: Balanced and refreshing, bridging freshness, texture, and depth—an approachable yet sophisticated Metodo Classico.
Serve: Chilled, 8–10°C.

70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Nero from limestone-rich hills around Gussago in Lombardy, just outside the Franciacorta appellation.
