Nicola Gatta - Blanc de Blancs

The Blanc de Blancs from Nicola Gatta is an incredible sparkling wine from Chardonnay grapes. The wine is fermented in Tonneaux, and then is bottled to make the second fermentation, where it stays for 50 moons on the lees. It's a fine and elegant Blanc de Blancs with notes of yellow fruits and pastry, crafted with incredible tension and freshness.
