Nose: White peach, pear skin, chamomile, and acacia blossom, layered with subtle almond and a touch of mountain herbs.
Palate: Medium-bodied and composed, with ripe orchard fruit framed by vibrant acidity. Texture builds steadily, revealing notes of quince, citrus oil, and a gentle saline edge that keeps the wine focused and lifted.
Finish: Long and quietly powerful, with fine phenolic grip and a stony, herbal persistence.

Farming: Organic viticulture, hand-harvested fruit, attentive vineyard management.
Cellar: Whole-cluster pressing, spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts, élevage in neutral barrels to build texture without overt oak influence.
Additions: Minimal sulphur, no fining or filtration.
