Calalta - Davvero 2022

Davvero by Calalta winery is a yummy Orange Wine made out of Riesling Grapes. It challenges everything you'd expect from a Riesling. The grapes are fermented with the skins fro 50 days in stainless steel and the wine is then aged both in Tonneaux, Amphora and Concrete tanks. It has a bright orange color, with notes of apricots and rosemary. High minerality balanced with exotic fruits aroma like mango and passion fruit. Sooo nice!
