Nicola Gatta - Molener Rosè

Molener Rosè by Nicola Gatta is a very special wine made out Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes. The wine is fermented in stainless steel, and is then bottled for the second fermentation, where it stays 90 moons on the lees. It's super delicious with a lot of energy and depth, the vin de reserve, which is made with perpetuell method, is superbly integrated. Notes of dried fruits and nuts and wild berries, with flavours of herbs and spices. Soo nice!
