Palate: Energetic yet harmonious acidity gives a taut backbone. Fine, persistent perlage with chalky minerality and saline nuances from extended lees ageing add breadth and texture.
Finish: Clean and refreshing, delivering both finesse and vibrancy—an approachable yet expressive classic-method sparkling.
Serve: Chilled, 8–10°C.

A foundational Brut Nature aged 30 lunar months on lees with zero additions.

80% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Nero from calcareous hills in Gussago and Cellatica in Lombardia, just outside the Franciacorta appellation.

Vines: Chardonnay and Pinot Nero from biodynamically farmed parcels.
Soils: Calcareous, contributing pronounced mineral clarity and structure.
Farming: Biodynamic viticulture with low-intervention ethos.
Cellar: Gentle pressing, fermentation with indigenous yeasts in tonneaux, traditional secondary fermentation in bottle, followed by approximately 30 lunar months of lees ageing before disgorgement.
Additions: Brut Nature—zero dosage, no added sulphites, no fining, no filtration.
