Collection: Domaine de Mouscaillo

Situated in the Roquetaillade terroir within the Limoux appellation, Domaine de Mouscaillo is a family-run estate founded in 2004 by Marie-Claire and Pierre Fort, now managed by Camille, Thomas, and Frédéric.The 7-hectare vineyard is located in the foothills of the Pyrenees and benefits from a microclimate influenced by Mediterranean and Atlantic conditions. The limestone-clay soils retain moisture, supporting vine growth and contributing to the freshness of the wines.The estate follows agroecological principles and holds High Environmental Value (HVE) certification, with ongoing efforts to obtain EU Organic certification. The vineyard is primarily planted with Chardonnay (80%), along with Mauzac Blanc, Chenin, and Pinot Noir, producing approximately 35,000 bottles annually.Domaine de Mouscaillo focuses on sustainable viticulture and minimal-intervention winemaking to highlight the characteristics of the terroir while maintaining high environmental standards.
