10.20 from Nicola Gatta is an incredible sparkling wine from Pinot Noir grapes. The base wine is fermented in Tonneaux, and is a perpetuelle from 2011 to 2021, it's then bottled to make the second fermentation, where it stays for 36 moons on the lees. It's a fine and elegant traditional method sparkling with amazing depth and structure, crafted with incredible tension and freshness.
