Chardonnay from the Val de Petit Morin, grown on chalk and flint soils around Congy.

Vines: 100% Chardonnay from older vines producing concentrated, low-yield fruit. This early single-vineyard bottling precedes what would later be named Les Pierrières.
Soils: Chalk-rich with flint, contributing pronounced minerality.
Farming: Meticulous, low-yield viticulture respectful of the land.
Cellar: Hand-harvested fruit fermented in oak barrels with native yeasts, followed by extended lees ageing. Disgorged in 2011 with minimal dosage.
