Complex and mature Merlot with darker berry fruit, cedar, and sinewy mineral character.

Nose: Plum, dried cherry, hints of cedar, herbaceous nuance, subtle spice, leather, earthy undertones.
Palate: Structured yet refined body with acidity that maintains vibrancy. Tannins have softened with age to a chalky, gripping texture. A sinewy mineral thread from ponca soils runs through the profile.
Finish: Resonant, giving a sense of both depth and subtle finesse shaped by long élevage.
Serve: Lightly chilled, 16–18°C.

A rare expression shaped by prolonged maceration, extended barrel ageing, and Friuli's dramatic ponca terrain.

Merlot from Oslavia in Friuli-Venezia Giulia, grown on ponca soils—a mix of clay and shale known for sharp drainage and mineral intensity.

Farming: Natural wine ethos with hand-harvesting and destemming.
Cellar: Prolonged spontaneous fermentation and maceration in large oak vats, followed by extended ageing in used barrels for multiple years.
