Deep golden reserve with rich aromatics, creamy texture, and crystalline minerality.

Nose: Ripe orchard and citrus fruits, spiced pastry, toasted almonds, honey, dried fruit, layers of dried citrus and subtle spice.
Palate: Broad yet incisive with fine, persistent perlage. Vibrant acidity balances creamy texture from prolonged lees contact. Saline-tinged minerality gives definition and lift, while gentle oxidative nuance adds complexity.
Finish:Long and reflective, showcasing both the maturity of 15 years on lees and the calcareous terroir of Gussago.
Serve:Chilled, 8–10°C.

An equal blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Nero from old vines on limestone hills around Gussago in Lombardia.

Vines: Old-vine Chardonnay and Pinot Nero from biodynamically farmed parcels.
Soils: Calcareous, contributing mineral lift and structural depth.
Farming: Biodynamic viticulture.
Cellar: Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts, traditional secondary fermentation in bottle, followed by approximately 180 lunar months (about 15 years) of lees ageing. Only a very limited number of bottles produced.
Additions: Zero dosage, no fining, no filtration.
