How It Tastes

Harmonious and layered Pinot Noir with ripe red fruit, floral nuance, and polished structure.

Nose: Ripe red fruit—raspberry and cherry—subtle floral nuances, hints of spice, lightly peppered herb notes. 
Palate:Balanced, persistent acidity gives a clear structural framework. Fine, polished tannins provide support and shape without heaviness. Mineral undertones run through the profile. 
Finish: Elegant and lingering, reflecting both Vosne-Romanée terroir and bottle age in an approachable yet refined expression. 
Serve: Lightly chilled, 14–16°C.

A classic Burgundian expression shaped by whole-cluster fermentation and extended oak ageing.

Pinot Noir from the Vosne-Romanée appellation in Burgundy's Côte de Nuits, grown on limestone-rich and clay-infused soils.

Vines: 100% Pinot Noir from organically farmed parcels. 
Soils: Limestone-rich with clay, lending finesse, aromatic complexity, and depth. 
Farming: Organic viticulture with respect for tradition and harvesting at optimal ripeness. 
Cellar:Vinification with indigenous yeasts incorporating a proportion of whole clusters for structural grip, followed by extended ageing in a combination of neutral and slightly seasoned oak. 
Additions: Traditional Burgundian methods throughout.
