Fabio Gea - DNAss 2022

DNAss by Fabio Gea is a delicious and juicy red wine made out Nebbiolo grapes. The grapes are destemmed and the wine ferments in porcelain and stoneware vessel, which are then aged submerged in a pool of water. It's a wine outside the box, different from probably everything you tasted from the grape variety. Fruit packed and delicious.
