Calalta - Sehnsucht+ 2020

Sehnsucht+ by Calalta is a delicious PetNat from Veneto. The wines is made out Syrah grapes, directly pressed and fermented in stainless steel. Is then bottled on the following spring with it's own must, to make a second fermentation in the bottle. It's super fresh and crispy, with spicy aromas, and flavours of red fruits and wild berries. perfect for a crunchy aperitif.
