Collection: Maradei

Maradei's family has always been centred around the production of wine and oil. After a period of inactivity, the company was reopened in the 1980s thanks to the initiative of the current owners.

The company started with biological cultivation and later transitioned to biodynamic farming in 2014 to improve the quality of its products.

Maradei extends between the municipalities of Saracena, Firmo and Lungro, in the area between the Pollino National Park and the land of Sybaris.

The territory, full of traditions and contradictions, with its culture and uncontaminated nature, is best expressed in cultivating olive trees and vines.

The company produces extra virgin olive oil and wines in the old family cellars in the heart of the Arabic historical centre of Saracena, combining traditional and innovative methods. All their products are certified organic and are currently in biodynamic conversion.

They grow grape varieties of Grenache Blanc, Malvasia, sweet Magliocco and Saracena Muscatel.
